Where can I find pricing?
Pricing changes daily based on market activity. Get in touch with us for up to date prices.

What is the timeline for placing orders?
We’ll need 1-3 days to source the items and secure pricing. Friday is the cutoff for shipments the following week. Shipments arrive Mon — Friday.

Are orders guaranteed to be fulfilled?
For the most part, yes. Our buyers at the market may reject items if quality is not acceptable. Upon delivery to the restaurant, if we’re not able to get in contact with you, we may reject items on your behalf if quality diminished during air freight.
Delivered weight may vary ±15% of order weight.

Do you breakdown whole fish?
No. We may offer this in the future, but currently whole fish is sold whole. We do offer scaling.

Are there any tax exemptions?
Unprepared foods are exempt from SC State Sales & Use Tax, but are subject to a local Charleston tax rate of 2%. If you are a reseller, provide a SC Retail License and Resale Certificate ST-8A to qualify for tax exemption.
